Raise Up is a group of young people who are passionate about doing good in their community and creating awesome ways for young people to come together and have some fun. Want to get involved in your community? We want YOU to join us!
We meet once a week to plan events, workshops and volunteer outreach, play games and EAT (free feeds every week).
Joining the crew is also an awesome opportunity to gain leadership skills and experience as well as building your CV and learning a bit about life ahead!

Talofa Lava,
My name is Tu’Mua Lara’Lahni Seuala! I am a South Auckland Youth Development Co-Ordinator here at Raise Up. Heres a little bit about me:
I am a New Zealand born Samoan born and raised here in Auckland.
South Auckland is home to me.
In Samoa my family are from the villages of Lalomanu Aleipata, Leulumoega Aana, & Tuanai.
I grew up in the heart of South Auckland, Manurewa! In high school my interests were Music and Pasifika history. After High School I went to Christchurch to get a taste of life outside of Auckland. In Christchurch I worked at a Special Needs school looking after young people from the ages of 5-21. I enjoyed my time there but eventually got homesick and came back Home.
Since being home, I have worked in 3 different schools in South Auckland including a High School in Manurewa.
I love being from South Auckland, I love that I have the opportunity to work with young people from the place I hold so close to me.
I cannot wait to meet you all.
