Word from your Coordinator
Kia ora,
My Name is Brandon and I am the Mt Albert Coordinator! I have been in Aotearoa since March 2024 moving over from sunny London, England. I made the choice to move over to New Zealand due to my love for all things nature but equally to immerse myself in the wealth of culture and history that this fantastic country has to offer.
Some more about me, in my free time I like to be involved with sports but in particular, coaching or playing rugby and if I am not doing that hiking or completing my mission of finding the best bakery in Auckland. I attended the University of Roehampton in London and have a BA in education and then qualified as a primary school teacher earning my PGCE.
I believe the youth of Aotearoa should get involved with Raise Up because it is an excellent opportunity to grow in the areas of leadership, event management and communication whilst gaining valuable experience and making lifelong friends along the way.
